Kriete Truck Centers, a Wisconsin-based commercial truck dealer, has acquired Badger Truck & Auto Group, strengthening its position in the Milwaukee market.
Located just west of the Milwaukee Zoo Interchange, the newly acquired nine-acre facility significantly boosts Kriete’s capacity to serve customers in logistics, construction, and commercial vehicle sectors. The acquisition effectively doubles Kriete’s footprint in Milwaukee, bringing the company to three locations in the city and eleven statewide.

“We are beyond excited to bring this comprehensive truck lineup and greater accessibility to our customers. This acquisition represents a significant milestone in our growth strategy.”
Said David Kriete, President and CEO.
The expansion enables Kriete to offer a full line of Class 3–8 trucks, including Mack, Volvo, Hino, Isuzu, and Autocar, from its third Milwaukee location, continuing a legacy that began in 1951.
