Prinoth arrived at CONEXPO 2026 with a clear message: the company wants to push beyond incremental product updates and bring more purpose-built technology to demanding off-road applications. At the centre of its presence in Las Vegas was the debut of the Panther T23r, a new flagship rotating crawler carrier that Prinoth describes as the largest and most technologically advanced machine of its kind in the industry.
Rather than simply scaling up an existing model, Prinoth used the T23r launch to introduce an entirely new undercarriage concept. Called PowerForce, the system is the foundation of the machine’s performance story and is backed by more than 20 patent applications. The company says the new undercarriage is designed to improve traction, ride comfort, durability, and efficiency, while maintaining low ground pressure for sensitive terrain.
The T23r is built around a 22.5-short-ton payload and a 360-degree rotating upper structure, giving contractors a larger-capacity crawler carrier for confined or difficult jobsites where precise material placement matters. According to Prinoth, the machine combines that payload with compact overall dimensions, a CAT C7.1 engine rated at 320 hp, travel speeds up to 10.9 mph, and a redesigned dump body built to reduce carryback and improve material flow.

What makes the T23r especially significant is the extent of the engineering beneath the machine. The PowerForce undercarriage uses an oblong track profile, adaptive independent suspension on all eight wheels, automatic intelligent track tensioning, and a precision-aligned track system developed to improve power transfer and extend component life. Prinoth’s argument is that conventional rotating crawler carriers often sacrifice operator comfort and mechanical efficiency in rough terrain, while the T23r is designed to do both jobs better at the same time.
From an operator standpoint, the company also put strong emphasis on visibility, balance, and ease of use. The cab features a near-centred operator position for improved sightlines, ergonomic controls, touchscreen display, air-ride seat, and a layout designed to reduce fatigue during long shifts. Ground-level service access and simplified sprocket and track maintenance were also key parts of the pitch, showing that Prinoth wanted this launch to land not only as a performance upgrade but also as a practical ownership story.
At the booth, the T23r was clearly the headline machine for the crawler carrier side of the business, but Prinoth also used CONEXPO to show the wider Panther lineup. The Panther T9r and T14r rotating models were displayed alongside the Panther T12, while the company also highlighted its custom-shop capabilities for highly specialised tracked applications.
At the same time, Prinoth broadened its CONEXPO story through its Vegetation Management division. Here, the most eye-catching launch was PrinothView, a new hazard-detection system designed to identify obstacles hidden beneath dense vegetation before they damage equipment or disrupt operations. The technology is aimed at finding rocks, metal debris, utility fixtures, and other buried hazards that operators often cannot see through brush or grass. Prinoth positioned it as an industry-first solution for mulching applications, with field deployment planned for 2027.
That side of the booth also introduced the Raptor 60, a compact remote-controlled tracked carrier designed for steep-slope and hazardous-terrain mulching, and the Grizzly M300e, a new compact forestry mulcher for 1.5- to 4-ton excavators. Together with Prinoth Connect, the company’s telematics and fleet management platform, the vegetation management launches gave Prinoth’s CONEXPO presence a second strong angle: safer operation, better visibility into machine use, and a more connected approach to speciality fleet management.
Taken together, Prinoth’s Las Vegas presentation was about more than one product launch. The new Panther T23r gave the company a powerful centrepiece in crawler carriers, but the broader message was about applying engineering to terrain, visibility, safety, and machine efficiency in ways that solve very specific field problems. At CONEXPO 2026, Prinoth showed a company trying to sharpen its position not through scale alone, but through targeted innovation in some of the industry’s toughest operating environments.
