What does “intelligent manufacturing” mean to you, and how is your organization contributing to this transformation?
Intelligent manufacturing, to me, is where traditional production meets the digital frontier—an ecosystem where machines, data, and decision-making are interwoven to create smarter, more adaptive, and efficient workflows. It’s not just automation for speed, but intelligence for precision, agility, and sustainability as a package.
Here in Radcam, as a machinery and software provider, our contribution to intelligent manufacturing is twofold—physical enablement and digital empowerment.
On the hardware side, we offer precision equipment designed to seamlessly integrate with data-driven workflows. Our machines aren’t just fast unlike some competition—they’re smart, providing real-time feedback, predictive maintenance insights, and adaptable configurations to meet dynamic production needs.
On the software side, we’re bridging traditional manufacturing with Industry 4.0 tools. This includes CAD/CAM automation, tolerance validation aligned with global standards, and ERP-compatible dashboards that transform raw production data into actionable intelligence.
Can you share a recent breakthrough or initiative that helped empower your customers or channel partners in a significant way?
One of our most impactful breakthroughs has been the deployment of our Auto Nesting and intelligent programming software.”
Previously, many of our customers relied on manual programming methods that were slow, repetitive, and prone to errors—limiting machine utilization and causing delivery delays. By replacing this traditional approach with our automated solution, we empowered our customers to:
- Dramatically increase program output—generating more accurate toolpaths in less time
- Keep their machines consistently engaged—maximizing utilization and throughput
- Fulfil customer orders on time—with improved efficiency and reduced scrap
This shift didn’t just streamline production—it boosted operational agility and enhanced customer satisfaction. One manufacturer, for example, was able to meet a critical delivery commitment thanks to the surge in program availability, something they couldn’t have achieved with their older process.

How is your company embracing sustainability in machining – from materials to energy and lifecycle design?
Sustainability isn’t just a checkbox for us—it’s embedded into how our partners have designed, developed, and delivered the machinery and software.”
- Material Efficiency: Our Auto Nesting and intelligent programming software ensures optimal material utilization by minimizing offcuts and reducing scrap, helping manufacturers conserve valuable resources.
- Energy Optimization: All of our Machines including famous Euromac Turret Punching and Shroeder Folding machines are Completely Electric and have industry best energy consumption.
- Lifecycle Design: Our solutions are built for durability and modular upgrades—so clients don’t need to replace, just evolve. We also enable predictive maintenance workflows, which extend machine lifespan and reduce waste from premature part replacements.
What role are MSMEs and local suppliers playing in your machine tool ecosystem, and how are you enabling their growth?
Enabling the local suppliers with global technologies is the only part we could have done from our side, which ofcourse contributes into their growth. The availability of choice itself makes them feel adequately empowered to go the next level.
How do you see digital technologies (like AI, IoT, or digital twins) redefining machine tool applications in the next 3–5 years?
In the next 3–5 years, digital technologies like AI, IoT, and digital twins will radically reshape machine tool applications in India—moving from reactive operations to predictive, adaptive, and intelligent ecosystems.
The transformation is unfolding with things like Predictive & Prescriptive Maintenance, intelligent Process Optimization, Connected Ecosystems & Remote Operations, Data-Driven Decision Making.
Talent is a core driver of future-ready manufacturing. How are you re-skilling or upskilling your workforce for the new era?
We offer inhouse trainings at our showroom for reskilling and onsite trainings at our partner factories in Europe for upskilling. This is a periodic habit we have adopted since long time now.
What values or leadership principles guide your decision-making in balancing innovation, business growth, and social impact?
“Treat the way you want to be treated”
be nice if you want others to be nice, be honest and transparent if you expect it from other side and be helpful/contributing in someone’s growth aspirations specially if you want the same for your organisation.
