These attachments address common requirements in earthmoving, trenching and hole-making across industries such as construction, landscaping, agricultural earthworks and utility installation. Expanded attachment range for digital supply chain in compact equipment Bobcat’s updated auger line comprises five drive models—11H, 28H, 28LH, 33H and 55LH—engineered to interface with a wide range of its excavators, skid-steer and track loaders, small articulated loaders, compact wheel loaders and telehandlers. The auger drives are paired with a comprehensive selection of auger bits tailored for different soil and ground conditions. Operating on heavy-duty hydraulics, the models cover hydraulic flow rates from approximately 30–200 l/min, enabling efficient penetration and material removal in variable substrates. The attachment range leverages the existing Bobcat breaker fixing caps, ensuring compatibility with existing mini-excavator tool mounts without the need for new adapters. To facilitate hose routing and operator access, the augers incorporate top-mounted hose ports with angled fittings that guide hydraulic lines upward from the drive hood, reducing interference in deep holes. An integrated motor design reduces overall drive unit size and weight while minimizing potential leak points compared with separate housings. Select LH models include an LED alignment system that provides visual feedback on auger alignment relative to the hole, supporting more precise vertical drilling. Dig depth is increased by approximately 30 cm as the entire drive follows the bit into the bore. Trenchers with variable depth and confined-space capability The new trencher portfolio spans five models—LT90, LT90 HD, LT120, LT120 HD and LT150 HD—offering trenching capabilities for digging depths from about 450 mm up to 1500 mm. These attachments are now available for use on Bobcat mini-excavators for the first time, expanding their utility beyond traditional loader mounts. A heavy-duty crumbing system with a robust, spring-loaded component maintains continuous contact with the trench floor, aiding spoil breakdown and removal to produce cleaner trench profiles with fewer passes. The trencher design includes an adjustable skid foot with multiple preset digging depths, enabling operators to switch between depth requirements without changing models. Side-shift capability allows the trencher frame to move laterally, facilitating trenching close to walls, foundations and other obstructions where straight-on approaches are constrained. Planetary drivetrain components deliver torque and power suited to challenging soil conditions, and the use of existing breaker fixing caps ensures compatibility with Bobcat mini-excavators’ attachment systems.
