Caterpillar acquires mining software company RPMGlobal
Caterpillar has completed the acquisition of RPMGlobal Holdings, an Australian-based mining software company, in a move the manufacturer says will expand its portfolio of data-driven mining technology and software solutions. Headquartered in Brisbane, Australia, RPMGlobal has expertise in mining technology enablement, providing software solutions across the mining value chain.
