We as Servocontrols Aerospace & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We have been actively involved in a variety of R&D projects, collaborating with both Defense PSUs and private players on critical defense initiatives. Our expertise lies in developing and manufacturing ground test rigs for qualification, endurance, and production processes within the aerospace sector.

We have introduced state-of-the-art machinery that enables us to manufacture complex parts with precision. Our facility is equipped with the following advanced machinery:
– Horizontal Machining Center (HMC)
– Vertical Machining Center (VMC)
– Turning Machines
– Electric Discharge Machining (EDM)
– Wire EDM Machines
– Universal Grinding Machines
To ensure the highest quality standards, we have an in-house Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM), tripods, and various other instruments dedicated to quality control and measurement.
Additionally, we are proud to manufacture solenoid coils in-house, showcasing our versatility and capability.
Our welding facilities include several methods, such as Friction Welding, Resistive Welding, Arc Welding (MIG, TIG & Stick), and Laser Welding.

1. We successfully supplied the Iron Bird loading system for NAL Bangalore, a project regarded as one of our most intricate undertakings.
2. We developed a Vertical-cum-Horizontal Slosh Test Rig specifically designed for cryogenic fuel tank testing.
3. Our team has customized servo actuators complete with control systems and power packs for twist axle endurance testing, showcasing our engineering capabilities.
4. We also delivered a Hydraulic Power Pack which was utilized in the endurance testing of aerospace pumps.
5. Additionally, we designed a long stroke servo hydraulic actuator tailored for the windmill industry.
6. This year marked a significant milestone with the initiation of in-house manufacturing of cost-effective electronic modules and hydraulic valves, aimed at addressing the rising demand for indigenous and reliable solutions across various sectors.
7. Lastly, we contributed position sensors for crucial space missions, including Aditya L1, the Mars Mission, and Chandrayaan, emphasizing our role in space exploration.

I am excited to share that with our regular improvements and continuous research and development in our products and processes, we are currently experiencing a growth rate of 20% per year at Servocontrols.
As we look ahead, the demand for the aerospace sector in India is projected to grow significantly over the next 5 to 10 years. We are committed to focusing our efforts on meeting the needs of this expanding market, which will ultimately strengthen India’s position in the global aerospace industry.
