LiuGong is using ConExpo 2026 to showcase a wide range of construction equipment for the North American market, with electric wheel loader and excavator models among the highlights of a display that also takes in diesel wheel loaders, excavators, graders, compactors and forklifts. The 820TE electric wheel loader and a 22-tonne electric excavator both make their ConExpo appearances alongside an extensive diesel lineup, with LiuGong citing operating cost reductions of 70% compared with diesel equivalents for its electric machines — attributing savings to the elimination of fuel, reduced maintenance, fewer oil and filter changes and no transmission or torque converter rebuilds.
