SANY Showcases Intelligent Construction Equipment at CONEXPO 2026

At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, SANY will present 32 machines, 17 attachments and AI-driven service technologies tailored for North America.  www.sanyglobal.com Serving construction, earthmoving, lifting and material handling sectors, SANY will unveil its most comprehensive North American portfolio at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, Las Vegas Convention Center, Booth F44054, combining new excavators, cranes and loaders with AI-enabled diagnostics and remote operation technologies. Expanded North American Equipment Portfolio At CONEXPO 2026, SANY will display 32 machines and 17 attachments, including 10 new models developed specifically for the North American market. The lineup spans compact excavation, medium earthmoving, lifting equipment and material handling. Among the compact solutions, the SY10U mini excavator features zero tail swing, supporting maneuverability in confined urban or residential job sites. The machine integrates a full-hydraulic load-sensing system to improve efficiency and responsiveness, along with a suspension seat and ergonomic armrests to enhance operator comfort during extended shifts. In the medium class, the SY335LC excavator is powered by a 9 L Cummins engine delivering 209 kW. With 204 kN of bucket force and 153 kN of arm force, the model is positioned for high-production earthmoving where digging power and cycle efficiency are critical. Lifting Equipment with Integrated Monitoring and Energy Options SANY’s lifting segment will include the SCA3300A lattice boom crawler crane, equipped with a smart windshield that automatically adjusts tint according to sunlight conditions. An optional auxiliary power unit (APU) is available to reduce fuel consumption and emissions during auxiliary operations. The SCA1100TB telescopic crawler crane incorporates a 360° surround-view monitoring system to enhance situational awareness during lifting tasks. An optional APU also supports lower fuel usage and reduced engine wear. These features address growing requirements for operator safety, fuel efficiency and job-site visibility in heavy lifting applications. Intelligent Wheel Loader and Telehandler Design The new-generation SW940L wheel loader integrates a Cummins B6.7 engine, ZF transmission and drive axle. A full electronic control system supports compatibility with mainstream attachments, expanding application flexibility across construction and material handling tasks. Intelligent functions include automatic limit control, one-touch bucket shake, parallel lift, tire pressure monitoring and smart attachment positioning. These systems aim to improve cycle consistency and reduce operator fatigue. The STH5519 telehandler comes standard with reversing radar and load moment protection. An integrated multifunction joystick is designed to increase operational efficiency by 20%, while a stability coefficient greater than 1.3 supports safer lifting operations under load. Digital Solutions Connecting Machines and Service Beyond hardware, SANY will demonstrate digital platforms designed to improve equipment uptime and maintenance efficiency. The SANY AI Service Assistant (SASA) provides intelligent diagnostics, interactive fault identification and rapid parts recognition to streamline service workflows. SANY RootPilot delivers high-precision 3D guidance for grading and excavation, supporting improved accuracy and reduced rework in construction projects. SANY Remote Control technology will demonstrate long-distance operation capability, including remote control of a Huzhou-based excavator from the company’s U.S. showroom over a distance exceeding 6,500 miles. The system integrates AI-assisted functions such as one-click digging and loading to support precision and efficiency in remote operation scenarios. Service Infrastructure Supporting Long-Term Partnerships In addition to equipment and digital solutions, SANY will highlight its North American service capabilities. With 20 years of operations in the U.S. market, the company emphasizes long-term equipment support, parts availability and technical service as key factors in fleet reliability. At CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, SANY’s presentation under the theme “Together, We Move the Future Forward” focuses on the integration of performance-driven machinery, intelligent construction technology and lifecycle service support, positioning the company within the evolving North American construction equipment market. www.sanyglobal.com Powered by Induportals Media Publishing
