Combining access technology with digital data capture While Böcker’s access equipment simplifies material transport at height, AI-assisted drone surveying delivers precise 3D building data for planning and cost estimation. The system captures roofs, façades, and photovoltaic installations from the air and automatically generates centimeter-accurate measurements. By analyzing drone imagery using artificial intelligence, measurement data is standardized and delivered objectively. At the same time, the need for hazardous work at height is reduced, improving workplace safety. AI-based 3D models for planning and estimation The AirScanner platform automatically creates CAD models based on captured image data. Results can be exported to commonly used industry applications and integrated directly into quotation, planning, and calculation workflows. All project data is digitally archived, ensuring long-term availability and easy access to previous projects. Starter packages with hardware, training, and software access As part of the cooperation, Böcker offers four starter packages tailored to different requirements, ranging from entry-level solutions to professional hardware configurations. Packages include a drone with accessories (DJI Mini 5 Pro, DJI Air 3S, DJI Mavic 3E, or DJI Mavic 3T), training, and twelve months of access to the AI-based Fusion platform. Companies that already own a drone can also use the Fusion software separately. The platform enables a continuous digital workflow that integrates surveying, inspection, and planning.
