Costain revenues up, margins steady
Costain has reported revenues up 3.4% to £543.1m in the first half of 2026, with adjusted operating profit of £17.3m, up 3%, and margins unchanged at 3.2%. The infrastructure specialist had £7bn in forward work, up 67% over the last six years.
