Cat's latest compact machines — including its first-ever compact utility loader

Caterpillar has brought three new compact equipment models to the market to help its contractors reshape what's possible. The new compact utility loader (CUL) marks the first entry for Cat into this market segment. As well, Cat has expanded its CTL line with a new 8,893-pound operating weight machine with 2,023-pound (918-kilogram) rated operating capacity, while the new 1-ton mini excavator increases options for contractors working in areas where space is limited.  Caterpillar introduces its first compact utility loader
