AeroDef Nexus and Vipus Advanced Materials Forge Strategic Alliance for AMCA Structural Assemblies

AeroDef Nexus LLP, a sovereign-aligned aerospace execution platform headquartered in Bangalore, has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vipus Advanced Materials Pvt Ltd, a Coimbatore-based advanced composites innovator, to jointly execute critical structural assemblies for India’s fifth-generation fighter initiative—the Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA).

This collaboration marks a significant milestone in India’s aerospace sector, emphasizing the nation’s commitment to indigenous defense manufacturing and technological advancement.

Under the terms of the MoU, Vipus Advanced Materials will provide specialized capabilities in composite tooling, prepreg layup, co-curing, and autoclave-based structural fabrication. Their expertise in advanced manufacturing processes will be instrumental in producing high-precision components such as fuselage sections, ducts, and structural subassemblies for the AMCA program.
