TXAPA Hosts Annual Meeting, Awards Members
The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association (TXAPA) held its annual meeting on Sept. 9-12 at the La Cantera Resort and Spa in San Antonio. The event, which has been held annually since 1974, combined education, networking, a trade show area and plenty of fun. A highlight of the event was the TXAPA/TXDOT Texas Quality Asphalt Pavement Awards, which honor paving contractors, producers and TXDOT personnel for excellence on road projects....
