Simex introduces VSE TORNADO, the new generation of screening buckets designed to optimise on-site material separation even in demanding conditions such as wet or muddy soil. Developed through research and engineering, the TORNADO series features a two- and three-shaft configuration with star-shaped elements that create greater material turbulence, improving screening performance and significantly increasing job-site profitability. It is effective in operations such as soil cleaning from debris, stones and gravel, compost aeration, bedding preparation, and the backfilling of trenches and underground utilities.

An innovation of the TORNADO range is the patented Simex system that enables the replacement of the shaft or individual screening elements. This mechanism allows operators to modify the output size in just a few minutes, reducing downtime and ensuring consistent performance across different materials and site contexts.

Depending on operational requirements, the bucket can be fitted with polyurethane or steel tools, offering adaptability to varying material types and working environments.
