Kito Crosby Introduces New Gunnebo Industries LPE Lifting Point

Kito Crosby has introduced the Gunnebo Industries® LP, a newly developed lifting point intended as a direct alternative to traditional eye bolts. Engineered for use in modern lifting operations, the LP is designed to offer improved safety, performance, and adaptability across a range of applications.

Kito Crosby has developed the LPE Lifting Point to overcome the limitations of traditional eye bolts, especially when used under side loads. The new design offers a safer and more efficient solution for a wide range of lifting applications.

The LPE features 360° rotation with ball bearings for smooth and controlled movement, even under load. Its patented bail design minimises the risk of shock loading, while multiple installation options, hand tightening, hex wrench, or spanner, ensure easy and secure fitting. A high-visibility finish improves safety and identification on site, and the lifting point is available in seven thread sizes, from M8 to M30.

For additional versatility, Kito Crosby offers the LPV Thread Conversion Adaptor, allowing users to convert existing threaded holes for smaller lifting points. This makes it ideal for retrofitting and optimising existing lifting setups.

Fully tested to EN standards, the LPE provides clear load markings, temperature-based performance data, and comprehensive inspection and fatigue guidelines. It supports both temporary and permanent lifting configurations, ensuring durability and reliability in demanding environments.
