Polish crane rental company Karmax adds Grove GMK4100L-2
Polish crane rental company Karmax has purchased a new Grove GMK4100L-2 all-terrain crane from local Manitowoc dealer, Zeppelin Polska. The company already owns a Grove GMK4100L-1 and opted to invest in the GMK4100L-2 to refresh its fleet with a proven and familiar model. www.manitowoc.comLeft: Karol Miśkiewicz (owner of Karmax). Right: Marcin Mazurkiewicz (Zeppelin Polska). The company purchased the GMK4100L-2 all-terrain following years of positive performances from its beloved GMK4100L-1 crane. The GMK4100L-2 helps Karmax complete jobs in tight project locations where precision and control are everything. The company is adding the new unit at a critical time, as infrastructure development in Poland continues to grow with projects such as a billion-dollar investment in rail upgrades and expanded nuclear power capabilities going live. “Our new GMK4100L-2 is extremely versatile and compact. It’s ideal for standard lifting jobs at busy construction sites, where precision and control are key, and access is often tight. Our operators love it too – it’s super comfortable and the new cab tilts to 20 degrees, for better visibility. It’s this kind of attention to detail that makes a difference when working for hours at a time. We have always been impressed with the high-quality workmanship of Grove cranes, and we also get excellent after-sales service from our local dealer Zepplin Polska,” said Karol Miśkiewicz, owner of Karmax. With 6.8 t of counterweight on-board it can travel within 12 t per axle limits, however up to 26 t of total counterweight is available for maximum strength. It offers the best lifting capacity charts in its class, combined with economical fuel consumption thanks to the latest Mercedes-Benz EUROMOT 5 engine. Karmax also purchased the crane with the optional MAXbase™ variable outrigger positioning system, for greater flexibility in set-up. Karmax was founded in 2007 and specializes in crane rental and lifting services. Zeppelin Polska was founded in 2003 and represents a host of industry-leading equipment brands in Poland. www.manitowoc.com Powered by Induportals Media Publishing
