[Tokyo, 26 January 2026] — NewtonWorks Corporation announces its return to The Gasket & Seals Show, part of Materials Week Europe, taking place at RAI Amsterdam from February 24 to 26, 2026. The NewtonWorks team will be exhibiting at Booth 531, where attendees can see live demonstrations of NewtonSuite eSeal, the company’s rubber seal analysis technology.
Following the successful European launch of NewtonSuite eSeal in 2025, NewtonWorks will once again be on site to demonstrate how simplified, engineering-grade simulation can shorten development cycles and support more reliable sealing design decisions across the gasket and sealing industry.
As global demand increases for higher-performance, more durable, and more resource-efficient sealing solutions, The Gasket & Seals Show provides a focused forum for manufacturers, suppliers, and engineers to evaluate technologies shaping the future of sealing design. NewtonWorks’ presence reflects the growing role of simulation-driven workflows in reducing physical testing, accelerating collaboration, and improving design confidence.

eSeal updates: Enhanced Flexibility and Efficiency
At the show, NewtonWorks will preview the NewtonSuite eSeal updates released in late 2025, featuring a series of improvements to increase usability, flexibility, and post-processing accuracy for rubber and seal designers.
Key updates include:
- Enhanced GUI Flexibility: Users can now switch between Plane Strain and Axisymmetric analysis directly within the interface, even after opening an existing data file. This enables greater adaptability as design assumptions evolve during analysis.
- Improved Workflow Efficiency: Support for space characters in file and directory names simplifies file management, while the ability to delete multiple settings simultaneously in the model setting field reduces repetitive manual operations.
- Advanced Post-Processing Tools: New animation controls allow precise adjustment of step increments and frame intervals for clearer visualisation of results. A new measurement function also enables users to calculate the distance between any two selected nodes across time steps.
- Improved Visual Clarity: Updated contour settings introduce overflow and underflow colour controls, ensuring that extreme values remain clearly distinguishable during result evaluation.

Joint Presentation: Sondel Engineering & NewtonWorks
NewtonWorks will also participate in a joint technical presentation with Sondel Engineering. The session will be led by Naomichi Taketa of NewtonWorks and Jan Boomsma of Sondel Engineering and will focus on common bottlenecks in custom seal development—particularly the friction between sales, design, and laboratory teams.
The presenters will outline an approach to reducing delays caused by dependence on specialist analysis by enabling non-expert users to perform reliable, evidence-based simulations earlier in the process. A featured case study with Yazaki will demonstrate how digital validation using NewtonSuite eSeal can reduce rework, limit physical testing, and build stakeholder confidence throughout the OEM collaboration lifecycle.
Naomichi Taketa, Account Manager at NewtonWorks Corporation, shares:
“I’m happy to collaborate with the experts at Sondel Engineering for this session. By combining our advanced simulation technology with their deep manufacturing insights, we’re showing the industry exactly how to bridge the gap between initial design and final production.”
Attendees can visit Booth 531 to explore live demonstrations and discuss application-specific use cases with the NewtonWorks team.
