Komatsu Forest has updated its full range of harvesters and forwarders, introducing a new generation of machines built around a common engine platform, revised drivelines and a reworked operator environment. The launch covers a complete update of the harvester portfolio alongside a new generation of six-cylinder forwarders. Across both segments the changes centre on the AP Core engine, which the manufacturer says delivers higher power and torque while allowing machines to operate at lower engine speeds without losing productivity.
