Kenworth advances extreme-duty performance with new vocational truck
Kenworth launched the all-new C580 at CONEXPO-CON/AGG, marking its next generation of extreme-duty, off-highway vocational trucks. The C580 will enter production in January 2027, fully replacing the C500, which will be phased out in 2026. "The Kenworth C580 marks a new era in extreme-duty performance, capable of hauling up to one million pounds gross combination weight," said Kevin Haygood, assistant general manager for sales and marketing.
