Huddig, the Hudiksvall, Sweden-based manufacturer of hybrid excavator-loaders, has launched an updated version of its Tigon machine, featuring a significantly larger battery, compatibility with a wider range of attachments, and a new connected fleet management platform. The Huddig 1370 Tigon G2 was unveiled on 8 September, four years after Huddig’s Tigon hybrid technology first went into mass production. Huddig said work on Tigon technology continues to feed back into development across its wider 1370 platform, benefiting both hybrid and hydrostatic-driven models in the range.
