The Navi Mumbai rental company debuted its RE-Lift range at bauma CONEXPO INDIA, including a 36 m truck-mounted boom, and reports 387 machines sold at the show

Rental companies know better than anyone what breaks, what customers ask for and what sits idle in the yard. Rentease, based in Navi Mumbai, has decided to use that knowledge to build its own machines.

Its new commercial equipment brand, RE, made its official debut at bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2026 in Greater Noida, 15 to 18 September. The move takes Rentease beyond rental, service and support into equipment development, manufacturing, sales, specialist distribution and full lifecycle support. Rent Ease remains the group’s rental brand.

The machines

RE showed products from its RE-Lift access range, alongside its RE-Move material handling and RE-Weld families. Two machines drew the most attention:

  • RETM36 truck-mounted boom: 36 m working height, 200 kg platform capacity, a nine-section boom assembled in India on an Ashok Leyland chassis, radio remote control and an optional air-conditioned cab. It is part of a truck-mounted range planned from 18 to 60 m.
  • 30 m spider lift: 15 m horizontal outreach, articulated boom with jib, tracked undercarriage and compact dimensions that let it pass through standard doorways, aimed at airports, malls and hotels.

The stand also featured articulated booms, electric scissor lifts and vertical mast lifts. The first announced range includes the RE17AJLi articulated boom, RE30HY spider lift, RE08ES and RE12ES electric scissors, the RETM36 and vertical masts. The machines are made in collaboration with selected global manufacturing partners.

Early orders

According to RE, the team signed 7 new distribution agreements at the show and sold 387 machines, with 42 key handovers. Meghdoot Logistics & Infra committed to an opening order of 51 RE-Lift units, and there are plans for an RE experience centre in Bhiwandi, in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

“Our experience in rental, service and support has given us a very practical understanding of what customers and operators need from their equipment,” said Meghraj Singh, Chairman of Rentease Limited.

India’s access market is growing quickly as construction and industrial standards tighten. RE’s bet is that a brand born in a rental yard can compete with established MEWP manufacturers on service and lifecycle support.
