Cedarapids, a Terex brand, will showcase its new CRH5064 Portable HSI Impactor Plant and the TRAC Vibration Analyzer at CONEXPO 2026

Cedarapids is a Terex brand specialising in modular, portable and static crushing and screening equipment. The company will present the CRH5064 Portable HSI Impactor Plant and the TRAC Vibration analyzer.

The CRH5064 Portable HSI Impactor Plant is designed to reduce maintenance requirements in quarrying applications. At the heart of the plant is the TI5064 horizontal shaft impactor, driven by a 400 hp motor and featuring a high-inertia four-bar rotor, a monoblock primary curtain with replaceable tips, hydraulic tramp iron relief, hydraulic-assisted apron adjustments, and a hydraulically opening hood for easier inspection and maintenance.

Prototype tests recorded 600 to 700 tons per hour when processing 30-inch-minus shot rock limestone, supporting producers requiring throughput with a maximum 30-inch feed size. The CRH5064 is fitted with the latest 60″ x 20′ Advantage Series feeder, increasing intake width by eight inches over previous models to enhance crusher loading and fines removal. Transport flexibility is achieved through multiple axle arrangements and a detachable feed-hopper module. Options cover feeder lift, a jib crane for blowbar changes, a self-cleaning magnet, an under-crusher pan feeder, and expanded electrical and conveyor.

“The CRH5064 reflects our focus on performance and serviceability, while TRAC meets a long‑expressed need from our distributors for a diagnostic tool designed specifically for screening equipment.”

As Chris Reed, Business Line Director of Cedarapids, declared. Another highlight, also, on show is TRAC, a new vibration analysis system designed to deliver clearer and more accurate screening diagnostics. It can be applied across a wide range of vibrating equipment. The system uses four Wi-Fi-enabled sensors mounted on the screen structure to capture data on acceleration, velocity, movement, inclination, orbit, and bearing behaviour. The collected data allows operators to identify issues and confirm that the screen is performing correctly.

From March 3 to 7 at the Terex booth in the Silver Lot at the Las Vegas Convention Center, visitors will be able to see the hardware on display along with an iPad showing simulated diagnostic outputs to demonstrate the system’s reporting capabilities.
