Let’s face it: a lot of us make goals at the beginning of the year that we don’t end up reaching. Sometimes, life just gets in the way. But something that can make it harder is buying a cheaply made product to help you with your plans, only to have it fail on you. This year, reach your goals with these Made in America products that help with common New Year’s resolutions! 

For those wanting to get fit 

By far the most common New Year’s resolution is to exercise more. This can be a daunting task for those who are new to working out regularly, though. Not to fear! We’ve rounded up some USA-made fitness essentials that you can use to get started. 

We can’t talk about athletic brands that are Made in the USA without bringing up New Balance, the only major athletic brand that is still manufacturing in the United States. The brand produces shoes and clothing at several factories scattered across New England. If you’re looking for a shoe that will last you longer than just January, you can’t do better than New Balance. Keep in mind that domestically-produced items make up a small portion of New Balance’s overall product line, so you’ll need to check labels and stick to the made in USA section of the website. But, in a time when so many major brands have zero American-made offerings, New Balance is a breath of fresh air! 

Athletic socks may be overlooked, but a quality sock is the difference between a great workout and an extremely awkward and uncomfortable one. For those who want to start using a journal/planner

For those who want better sleep 

Getting enough sleep is so important, but so few of us actually do it. You can help upgrade your sleeping set up with these Made in USA products.
