VF Venieri S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of earthmoving equipment, will exhibit at SaMoTer 2026, Italy’s leading construction equipment trade fair and a key meeting point for the international industry. The company will return to Verona with new machines and product updates, focused on combining technological development with its industrial heritage and a clear Made in Italy identity.
Founded in 1948, VF Venieri remains family-owned and manufactures its machines in Lugo di Romagna, in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. The area sits within the country’s so-called “Motor Valley”, a well-known industrial district that hosts major automotive and motorcycle brands and a dense network of specialist suppliers and engineering know-how.
The company’s locally rooted production model supports its focus on engineering, design, and build quality. VF Venieri also works with several Italian public institutions and has supplied equipment to state forces, including the Army, Air Force, State Police, and Carabinieri.
“Every machine we produce carries the Italian spirit: quality, passion and innovation. For us, Made in Italy is not just a label, but a concrete value guiding every stage of our process—from design to manufacturing, all the way to long-term reliability.”
Says Filippo Muccinelli Venieri, CEO of VF Venieri S.p.A.

At SaMoTer 2026, VF Venieri will present its new compact wheel loader range, built on the latest VF03 platform.
The line spans operating weights from 2.2 to 3.2 tonnes and offers several configurations, including parallel linkage or a telescopic boom, and either a diesel or hybrid powertrain. The machines are aimed at working in tight and demanding settings such as urban sites, agriculture, and confined spaces, where compact dimensions need to go with strong performance and flexibility.
Across the range, the main technical features include a high-performance hydraulic system, heavy-duty axles with rear oscillation, a hydraulic inching pedal, application-specific counterweight options, and a top speed of up to 30 km/h.
VF Venieri will also introduce its new XL cab, developed to provide more space and improved comfort and ergonomics, with a modern, practical layout.
Two models are set to appear on the stand in Verona:
- VF 22.03, with a 25 hp engine and a quoted breakout force of 3,000 kg
- VF 27.03TL telescopic hybrid version, rated up to 60 hp and with a 3,700 mm dump height, extending reach and loading capability

Alongside the new VF03-based compact loaders, VF Venieri will also use SaMoTer to broaden the spotlight to telescopic and multifunction machines.
One of the main new products is the VF 4.63H TL, a 72 hp telescopic wheel loader positioned for high-intensity work. With a claimed dump height of up to 4,840 mm at full boom extension, it is designed for loading and handling tasks that require extra reach. VF Venieri says the machine’s three-stage telescopic boom is built for durability, while a dual-speed cooling fan is intended to cut fuel consumption and noise.
Beyond the new launches, the company plans to display a cross-section of its range. This includes the VF 1.63D TL compact telescopic model (3,600 kg, 53 hp, Stage V/Tier 4F), wheel loaders from the VF 5.63D (79 hp) through the mid-range VF 7.63D (128 hp) and VF 9.63D (143 hp), up to the VF 13.63C flagship with a 184 hp engine. The multifunction side will be represented by the VF 1.33C (53 hp) and the articulated VF 10.23E (7,500 kg, 106 hp), which is presented as a tool carrier with a backhoe that can be removed quickly for jobsite flexibility.
Across the lineup, VF Venieri highlights the use of Stage V/Tier 4F powertrains and established driveline and axle suppliers, positioning the machines for heavy-duty work with a broad range of attachments.
