John Deere to open $70 million excavator manufacturing facility in North Carolina

To further John Deere's ongoing support of local manufacturing, the company has announced plans to open two new U.S.-based facilities: a new distribution centre near Hebron, Indiana, and an excavator factory in Kernesville, North Carolina — both slated to open next year.
