Housebuilding cost inflation steady at 2%
A BCIS survey has found house builders reporting costs were up 2% year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2025. Respondents expect inflation to continue; however a prolonged conflict in the Persian-Arabian Gulf could add to the pressure.
