As part of its 2030 growth vision, BKT (Balkrishna Industries Ltd.), an Off-Highway tyre manufacturer, has reinforced its Original Equipment (OE) division with three new senior appointments across two strategic regions: France and South America.
The move is aligned with the company’s long-term roadmap to expand its presence in key international markets and deepen its position as a trusted OE partner. By investing in local expertise, BKT aims to boost its technical engagement and collaboration across the OEM ecosystem, building a more customer-focused and market-driven approach.

South America
In South America, BKT has named two senior professionals to support the region’s OE business expansion:
- Lincoln Sugimoto has been appointed OEM Technical Manager South America. With 15 years of engineering and project management experience, including key roles in specialty tyres and material handling, Sugimoto will provide top-tier technical support to OEMs across the region.
- Cadu Accica joins as Head OEM South America, bringing 19 years of experience in the speciality tyre industry, particularly in business development, sales, and marketing across Latin America. His role will be to lead OE partnerships with a strong focus on proximity, collaboration, and long-term value creation.
France
In France, BKT has appointed Rémi Morin as Brand Specification Manager. With over 12 years of experience at a leading global OEM and a strong background in smart farming, mobility, and innovation, Morin will play a pivotal role in aligning BKT’s product development more closely with OEM, dealer, and end-user requirements.
His mission will focus on strengthening BKT’s relationships with tractor dealers, a segment where BKT already enjoys a leading position in both OE and replacement markets. The appointment signals BKT’s strategic shift toward deeper partnerships, stronger market insights, and long-term customer-focused growth.
