AXCS Equipment Launches TH-Series Telehandlers in North America

AXCS Equipment has launched its full TH-Series telehandler lineup in North America, expanding its access and material handling portfolio with five rough-terrain models designed for heavy lifting applications.

The rollout introduces a telehandler range covering lifting capacities from 8,000 to 12,000 pounds. The lineup includes the TH-842, TH-944, TH-1044, TH-1056 and TH-1256, with the TH-1056 and TH-1256 positioned as the largest models in the series.

For AXCS, the launch marks a major step in its long-term product roadmap. The company says the TH-Series is intended to position AXCS as a single-source fleet partner for equipment rental houses, dealers and contractors across North America.

The telehandler expansion builds on AXCS Equipment’s existing scissor lift range, which includes its Pro Series, Zero-Turn Series and larger EL-Series models. By adding heavy material handling units alongside its aerial access lines, the company is widening its offer for B2B fleet customers.

The TH-Series has been engineered with rental fleet requirements in mind. According to AXCS, the machines use a high percentage of parts commonality across all five models, with standardized core service components intended to help service departments reduce parts inventory, streamline technical training and speed up shop turnaround times.

Structural components such as high-strength steel frames, multi-stage booms and operator cabs are designed specifically for each model’s size. Standard models are supplied with open ROPS cabs, responsive joysticks and mechanical layouts designed to reduce potential points of failure.

For retail buyers, owner-operators and specialized contractors, AXCS also offers build-to-order upgrades. Options include enclosed cabs with heating and air conditioning, back-up cameras with integrated proximity sensors, a Load Management System, and a premium ergonomic joystick with integrated drive and shift control functions.

At the top of the range, the TH-1056 and TH-1256 share the same chassis and envelope footprint. Both are designed for commercial construction, steel erection and industrial infrastructure projects. Each model is powered by a standard 107-horsepower Deutz diesel engine, with a 120-horsepower option available on build-to-order configurations. Both machines offer a maximum forward reach of 42.25 feet and a rated capacity of 3,000 pounds at maximum reach.

The TH-1056 provides a maximum lifting capacity of 10,000 pounds, a 56-foot lift height, a stowed weight of 33,576 pounds and a maximum forward reach of 42.25 feet. The TH-1256 increases maximum lifting capacity to 12,000 pounds, with the same 56-foot lift height and 42.25-foot forward reach, and an operating weight of 34,657 pounds.

For mid-range material handling, the TH-842, TH-944 and TH-1044 are aimed at congested jobsites. These three models use a 74-horsepower Deutz diesel engine that meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards without Diesel Exhaust Fluid or a Diesel Particulate Filter.

The TH-842 offers an 8,000-pound maximum capacity, 42-foot lift height, 23,920-pound operating weight and 28.7-foot maximum forward reach. The TH-944 provides a 9,000-pound maximum capacity, 44-foot lift height, 25,243-pound operating weight and 30.9-foot forward reach. The TH-1044 lifts up to 10,000 pounds, reaches 44.8 feet, weighs 27,117 pounds and also provides a 30.9-foot forward reach.

AXCS says the TH-Series cab layouts are designed around visibility, intuitive controls and an in-cab multifunction display that shows key machine data.

All five TH-Series models are backed by AXCS Equipment’s standard “2 & 5” warranty. The program covers the full machine for two years or 2,000 hours and provides five years of structural coverage on specified major chassis, boom and stabilizer components.
