Following their launch at bauma 2025, McHale Plant welcomes Komatsu’s new compact loaders to the Irish market: the 4-tonne SK40-8EO skid steer loader and the 5-tonne CK50-8EO tracked loader.
McHale Plant Sales has launched Komatsu’s latest additions in the compact loader segment. The new 4-tonne SK40-8EO skid steer loader and the new 5-tonne CK50-8EO tracked loader. Following their debut at bauma 2025, both models are now available on the Irish market. New machines are powered by 53.7 kW EU Stage V-compliant engines with low emissions and reduced maintenance requirements, and offer strong performance in lifting capacity, breakout force, and traction.
The machines also feature new smart functions and operator comfort solutions, including a pressurised cab and an air-suspended seat. To enhance stability and manoeuvrability, they also offer a slow-speed mode, cruise control and adaptive steering.
Rounding out the package are a redesigned hydraulic system and reduced maintenance costs, aimed at improving operating efficiency and lowering total cost of ownership over the machines’ service life.
