Pictured from left to right: Edmundo Miranda (Multiservice Gruás), Uwe Laitenberger (Liebherr), Roberto Figueroa and Cristian Reyes (Multiservice Gruás), Diego Hidalgo (Liebherr). The Chilean company Multiservice Grúas has expanded its fleet with two LTM 1300-6.3 cranes from Liebherr. These new 6-axle cranes are particularly well-suited for demanding operations in urban environments and large-scale mining projects. “We deliberately chose the two 300-tonne mobile cranes because they offer an outstanding combination of mobility, reach, and cutting-edge technology. This enables us to provide a unique service to our customers throughout Chile,” explains commercial director Felipe Fossatti. The LTM 1300-6.3 is a new model on the Chilean market. With its 90-meter telescopic boom and innovative technologies, the mobile crane sets new standards in performance, safety, and efficiency. Multiservice Grúas was especially impressed by the variable ballast radius adjustment VarioBallast® and the asymmetrical outrigger system VarioBase® Plus. These systems allow for maximum lifting capacities even in confined spaces. Additionally, the crane features EcoMode and EcoDrive technologies, which reduce fuel consumption, lower emissions, and ensure quieter operation – a benefit for both people and the environment. The managing directors of Multiservice Gruás, Felipe Fossatti (left) and Hernán Le-Roux (right), used the Customer Days 2024 in Ehingen to find out more about Liebherr’s diverse range of mobile and crawler cranes. Key Factors: Quality and Reliability Multiservice Grúas has relied on Liebherr products since 2008: currently, around 70 percent of its 55-unit fleet comes from the German crane manufacturer, and a new LTM 1450-8.1 – already in production – is set to be added soon. Today, thanks to its diversified fleet, the company is capable of performing over 16,000 operations annually in civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects as well as in the energy and mining sectors. “We are convinced that reliability, quality, and above all safety are key factors for successful operations,” says Fossatti. For Multiservice Grúas, Liebherr stands not only for high-quality components and safety – the German crane manufacturer is also a strategic business partner. “With Liebherr at our side, we can grow together with our customers – while consistently ensuring quality, reliability, and above all, safety. The close collaboration between Multiservice Grúas and Liebherr, the world’s leading crane brand, reflects exactly what defines us as a company,” explains Fossatti. “Liebherr is a strategic partner for us – together with the crane manufacturer, we will continue to grow.” For Fossatti, Liebherr stands not only for high-quality components but also for an excellent team and outstanding customer service: “This is a crucial factor in keeping our equipment in optimal condition over the long term and looking to the future together with our customers.” www.liebherr.com Powered by Induportals Media Publishing
