MaximaOS closes those gaps in real time. The platform connects directly to machines, operators, and ERP systems, capturing what is actually happening on the floor the moment it happens. Automated production monitoring detects downtime, slow cycles, and quality drift without manual data entry.

Carbide ships in an early release with an MCP server, a library of manufacturing UI components, a custom data layer, and an agent plugin, starting with Claude Code.
