MaximaOS closes those gaps in real time. The platform connects directly to machines, operators, and ERP systems, capturing what is actually happening on the floor the moment it happens. Automated production monitoring detects downtime, slow cycles, and quality drift without manual data entry.
Built-in manufacturing execution keeps work orders, job tracking, and schedules synchronized with floor reality, and empowers supervisors and operators to make dynamic adjustments when needed. A production manager describes the workflow their plant needs in plain language, and Carbide builds it as a working application inside MaximaOS, on live machine, job, and ERP data with the same users and permissions as the rest of the platform.

Carbide ships in an early release with an MCP server, a library of manufacturing UI components, a custom data layer, and an agent plugin, starting with Claude Code.
The data layer lets manufacturers model their own fixtures, part families, and inspection steps, and that model is what MaxAI reasons over. Applications run inside the manufacturer’s own environment and controls, with managed, CMMC-compliant deployment coming next.
