Komatsu America Corp has announced that Rod Schrader has stepped down from his chairman and CEO roles and will fully retire effective June 30. Rod Bull will become CEO of Komatsu North America Corp. effective April 1. Bull currently serves as executive vice president of Komatsu’s North America region.
