HD Hyundai merge construction entities for global expansion
HD Hyundai Construction Equipment and HD Hyundai Infracore will merge to form a new entity named HD Construction Equipment with a consolidated revenue set at USD 6.15 billion. The decision to merge was made during separate board meetings held by both companies on 1 July.
