Finlay will attend CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 with a presence built around two models on display, the 883+ mobile scalping screener and the J-1280 jaw crusher, alongside a package of digital content designed to offer visitors a more interactive experience.
The machines will be showcased at the Terex booth in the Silver Lot (SV2357) at the Las Vegas Convention Center, from March 3 to 7, 2026. The initiative aims to highlight the brand’s focus on productivity, efficiency, operator safety and next-generation digital technologies.

883+: focus on throughput, accessibility and the user

The Finlay 883+ is an adaptable heavy-duty screen, stated to process up to 600 tph in applications including quarry overburden, mining materials, construction and demolition waste, sand, gravel, compost, topsoil and coal.

The machine features a screening surface with a 16′ x 5′ (4.8 m x 1.5 m) top and bottom deck. Each on-board conveyor is powered by a dedicated hydraulic circuit, while the 36” (900 mm) fines conveyor and the banana-profile bottom deck are presented as elements designed to improve fines screening efficiency. The screenbox discharge end can be raised by 20″ (500 mm) to make media changes easier, and fully reversible side conveyors increase operational flexibility.

The 883+ is available both in a hybrid configuration (with external power supply or an on-board engine) and, as of last year, in an electric version designed to improve sustainability and reduce operating costs. The machine on display is described as continuously updated to improve the user experience, including a redesigned feeder with hydraulically folding and locking extensions for rear feeding by wheel loader, and a hopper now manufactured from wear-resistant steel, with optional linings for increased durability.

J-1280: transport-friendly configuration and continuous reverse unblocking

The second model on display is the J-1280 jaw crusher, positioned in the range between the J-1175 and the J-1480, and designed to deliver strong capacity in a transport-friendly package.

The J-1280 is equipped with a Terex single-toggle jaw chamber measuring 47″ x 32″ (1200 mm x 820 mm), proposed for hard-rock applications. Its hydrostatic drive enables continuous reverse operation to clear blockages quickly and safely, without requiring work at height or lock-out/tag-out procedures. In addition, the unit features a transport-optimised weight and multiple feed-in configurations, including a standard vibrating grizzly feeder (VGF), pre-screen options and an extended pan feeder with pre-screen, to meet demand for high output with streamlined logistics.

Digital previews of the I-130 and I-130RS

Alongside the machines on display, Finlay will use CONEXPO to present upcoming developments in digital form: the future I-130 and I-130RS impact crushers, which are expected to officially launch at Hillhead in June. Visitors will be able to see, for the first time, a complete set of supporting materials, including videos, animations, photography, renders and brochures, together with a 1:20 scale model of the I-130RS. The dedicated animation will be shown publicly for the first time.

App, 3D models and competition

As part of the digital content, Finlay plans to enhance the on-site experience with an upgraded version of the Terex Events App, developed in an edition dedicated to the Finlay brand. The app will offer real-time 3D models of the I-130, I-130RS, J-1280, 694 and 694 Rinser, with the aim of allowing visitors to explore machine features in an interactive way.

In addition, during CONEXPO, the brand will run a special competition giving visitors the chance to win the first 1:50 scale model of the 883+, currently still in the prototype phase and expected to reach the market by June 2026.

“Our team takes great pride in bringing machines such as the 883+ and the J‑1280 to the global stage that is CONEXPO. These models represent the engineering excellence and dedication that define the Finlay brand. This year, we’re also showcasing much more across the stand, reflecting the depth of innovation and customer‑focused development happening across the business.”

Said Matt Dickson, Business Line Director for Finlay.

Between live machines on the booth and immersive digital content, Finlay’s presence at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 aims to turn a stand visit into an operational moment, not just an exhibition stop.
